Andrew Moss

Biography

Andrew Moss is Gallagher’s Regional Director of Strategic Initiatives. Meeting with organizations around the country, Andrew works closely with the executive leadership to develop short- and long-term strategic goals to bolster risk management programs and ultimately reduce their Total of Risk. Andrew also oversees the implementation of Gallagher’s resources that provide extensive analytics, including benchmarking and loss statistics, to help clients make data-driven decisions about their risks.

Prior to working for Gallagher, Andrew worked for ten years at Johns Hopkins University, where he served as a Program Manager and Co-Director at JHU’s Center for Talented Youth. There, he developed and led CTY’s Emerging Scholars Program, which offered accelerated academic opportunities to gifted students from inner city Baltimore and was featured on NPR’s radio program On the Record. He holds a B.A. in History from the University of Maryland, College Park and a M.S. in Education from John Hopkins University.
